GRID TECHNOLOGY CENTER

Originally a blank slate, this facility houses the latest technology and innovation under consideration for enterprise use. The brief of this project was to introduce and reiterate the importance of continuous improvement and advancements in technology to better serve the community with reliable, safe and cost-effective solutions. Visits by high profile stakeholders meant that the best opportunity was to engage visitors along the long corridors that lead to individual dedicated labs. Large-scale original photography, high impact messaging and mix use of materials and transparencies added visual interest that invited visitors to pause, absorb and be led onto the next zone. Privacy and security were conserved and enhanced through unique signage design, acoustic paneling placement and window film installations.
